摘要
大跨度钢结构施工过程表现出诸多力学及技术问题 ,应引起设计和施工工程师足够的重视。结合我国一些重点钢结构工程项目 ,对安装过程中需要解决的力学及技术问题进行分类 ,论述其重要性及解决办法。这些问题包括 :1)吊装过程中结构及构件的稳定性计算 ;2 )滑轮力学问题及计算 ;3)设置临时支撑柱对结构安全的影响 ;4 )拆撑过程中的安全问题及计算 ;5 )预应力张拉全过程跟踪模拟计算及方法 ;6 )施工过程的跟踪模拟计算及方法 ;7)柔性结构的成型问题及计算 ;8)大跨度结构的整体提升设计及计算。
It is classified and discussed th at some key technical problems met in the construction process of large span ste el structures.These problems are as follows:1)stability checking of the structur e and component members during the lifting process;2)pulley-structure analysis under applied loads;3)temporary supports influence on the structural safety;4)sa fety problem due to the removal of the temporary supports;5)tracing analytical c omputation and method for the pre-stress steel structure during the constructio n process;6)continuous tracing computational approach in structural erection pro cess;7)computation and forming of flexible structures;8)design and computation o f integral hoisting of the large span structures.
