Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心理障碍和代谢控制研究

Study of Psychological disorders and Metabolic Control in the Patients with NIDDM

目的 探讨 型糖尿病患者的心理障碍和对代谢控制的影响。方法 采用 HAMA和 HAMD评定患者的心理障碍。结果 心理障碍发生率为 61 .74% ,焦虑和抑郁症状共存者为34.78% ,仅有焦虑症状的发生率为 2 7.83% ,差异无显著性。心理障碍的发生与性别、心理应激、病程长短及并发症的存在有关 ,并影响糖尿病患者的代谢控制。结论 型糖尿病患者应重视心理咨询和心理康复治疗。

Objective To study the psychilogical disorders in the patents with typ 2 diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)and the relaction between them and metabolic control.Metholds Using HAMA and HAMD.We tested the Psychological disorders in 115 patients with NIDDM.Results It was result that the total of psychological disorders of the patients was 61.74%.There was no differece of the rate of anxiety with depression 34.78%,and that of only anxiely27.83%.The psychological disorders were related to sex,stressfacts,duraton of illuess,complications,and effect metabolic control.Conclusion Our reserch suggest that medical workers should pay atteition to consltaion and psychological rehabitation the rapy for the pationts with NIDDM.
