RP-HPLC法测定复方红景天片剂中红景天苷的含量

Determination of the contents of salidroside in the compound tablets of Rhodiola by RP-HPLC

目的建立复方红景天片剂中红景天苷的含量测定方法。方法采用KromasilC18色谱柱(4 6mm× 2 0 0mm ,5 μm) ,以水 乙腈 磷酸 (V∶V∶V =93 0∶7 0∶0 2 )为流动相 ,流速为 0 90mL·min-1;柱温为 4 0℃ ,检测波长为 2 2 3nm ,进样 15 μL ,外标法计算含量。 结果红景天苷在 12～6 0mg·L-1内峰面积与对照品的质量浓度呈良好线性关系 ,其回归方程为Y =12 84 6 ρ+76 5 6 ,r =0 9998,平均回收率为 96 7% ,RSD为 1 2 % (n =6 )。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好 。

Objective To determine the content of salidroside in the compound tablets of Rhodiola.Method The content of salidroside in the compound tablets of Rhodiola was determined by RP-HPLC with Kromasil C 18 column at 40 ℃.The mobile phase was water-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(V∶V∶V=93.0∶ 7.0∶ 0.2)with a flow rate of 0.90 mL·min -1 and the injection volume was 15 μL.The external standard was used and the wavelength of the detector was set at 223 nm.Results The linear range was 12～60 mg·L -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 99.7% and 1.2%,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple and accurate and the precision is good.It is proved to be suitable for the quality control of the compound tablets of Rhodiola.
