摘要
针对单线圈单稳态永磁式接触器,采用仿真和试验的方法对永磁机构接触器的静态和动态动作特性进行了研究。首先,利用 ANSYS 软件包采用有限元模型,进行了动铁心静态吸力的仿真;其次,耦合电压平衡和达朗贝尔机械运动特征微分方程,在上述静态仿真的基础上进行了动铁心动态吸力的仿真。然后,利用 ADAMS 软件构建操动机构的机械模型,仿真动触头和动铁心的位移-时间特性。最后,设计试验用原型机进行试验,对仿真结果和试验结果进行对比分析,显示动触头动作特性仿真和试验结果一致性很好。
According to single coil and single stable position contactor with permanent magnet actuator, the static and dynamic behavior is studied by simulation and experiment simultaneously. Firstly, with the use of ANSYS software package, the static attraction force acting on the moving core of contactor is simulated with FEM model. Secondly, by coupling of the electrical and mechanical differential equations which describe the dynamic behavior of permanent magnet actuator, the dynamic attraction force acted on the moving core is obtained on the base of above static simulation. Thirdly, by constructing the mechanical model of contact system and permanent magnet actuator, the displacements of moving contact and moving core versus time while contactors’ closing are also simulated based on ADAMS software package. Finally, the testing equipment is designed, and the experiment is conducted in order to evaluate simulation’s accuracy, it is indicated that simulation results coincide well with that of experiment.
