摘要
TS TiO2 是一种热稳定的光催化材料。将该样品分别在 3 0 0、40 0、5 0 0、5 40、60 0和 70 0℃下空气中焙烧 ,并用UV_Raman、XRD、BET及TPD等手段进行了表征。同时 ,以苯乙烯光催化氧化反应为探针 ,考察了其光催化氧化反应性能。结果表明 ,焙烧温度对催化剂的结构与表面性质有较大程度的影响 ,除TS TiO2 的晶型及比表面积外 ,其酸量也发生了较大程度的变化 ;并与催化剂性能进行了关联。
TS/TiO 2 is a kind of high thermal photocatalytic material. In this paper, TS/TiO 2 powder was calcined at 300℃、400℃、500℃、540℃、600℃、700℃ in air, respectively, and was characterized by UV-Raman、XRD、BET and TPD. At the same time, activities of the calcined samples were evaluated using styrene photocatalytic oxidation reaction as a probe. Results show that, calcination temperature has an important effect on the structure and surface properties of TS/TiO 2, which also affects the total acid amount except the crystal type and specific surface area of the catalyst. As a result, it influences the catalytic properties of TS/TiO 2 catalysts.
