摘要
综述了金针菇生物学特性、营养成分、保健功效、栽培技术及开发利用的研究现状,并讨论了金针菇的开发前景。
The research status of the biological characteristics, nutrients, healthy function, cultivation technologies and application of Flammulina velutipes was summarized, and the exploitation prospect was also discussed in this paper.
