电涌保护器中压敏电阻并联的方法和理论分析 被引量:27

摘要 为了提高电涌保护器中压敏电阻的耐电流冲击性能,可采用压敏电阻的并联组合。通过对并联组合后的压敏电阻电性能的分析,认为电流偏差是由于限制电压不相等(Ua1≠Ua2)和动态电阻不相等(Rz1≠Rz2)两个因素造成的,且动态电阻越大,电流偏差越小。压敏电阻并联时,可取限制电压Ua相等,而动态电阻Rz相差不超过规定值;也可取动态电阻Rz相等,限制电压Ua相差不超过规定值,使电流偏差在10%范围内。 The lightning discharge current withstand capability of varistors in surge protective devices is improved by parallel connection.The current deviation is due to the difference in clamping voltage(U_(a1)≠U_(a2)) and dynamic resistance(R_(z1)≠R_(z2))according to the theoretical analysis of electrical characteristics of parallel varistors,the higher the dynamic resistance,the lower the current deviation.When the parallel connection of varistors is carried out,the clamping voltage(U_a)shall be set equal,and the difference of dynamic resistance(R_z)being within the specified tolerance,or the dynamic resistance set equal,and the difference of clamping voltage being within the specified tolerance,which makes the current deviation in the range of 10%.
