在电力市场环境下,发电商可以通过投标来取得最大收益;另一方面,市场调节或监管机构需要研究发电商的策略性投标行为,评估滥用市场力的可能性,以确定适当的竞价机制和投标规约,来保证电力市场的稳定,这就需要运用博弈论的研究成果。从发电公司如何制定报价策略的角度,对各种主要博弈方法进行了深入的探讨,并分类综述,提出了需要解决的问题。近几年中,已有许多文献对其进行了讨论。
In a competitive electricity market,the power suppliers develop bidding strategies in order to maximize their own profits,while it is also necessary for regulators to investigate such strategic bidding behavior so as to identify possible market power abuse and to limit such abuse by introducing appropriate market management rules.In recent years,a considerable amount of literature has been produced on this subject.It is expected that this survey will provide access to state of the art analysis,and well documented material for researchers and engineers about this important research topic.
