摘要
探讨研究IGCC系统热力与环境性能结合的评价准则,基于热力系统评价准则研究,提出了采用能耗污染综合指数的新评价准则来评价同时考虑热力性能和环保指标的IGCC系统综合性能,从而突破了传统的只考虑单一性能的评价模式,并通过实例分析了影响IGCC系统综合性能的主要因素,还对比了IGCC系统采用不同评价准则时的系统性能变化。研究结果表明:CO2排放罚款价与煤价的比值(RC)是影响IGCC系统综合性能的一个重要因素,它的不同取值决定了系统综合性能随CO2回收率(XCO2)变化的不同规律。本文研究成果为更合理地评价IGCC系统综合性能提供新准则。
This paper studies a new evaluation criterion of IGCC system performance. In order to reasonably evaluate IGCC system performance, on the base of study on the evaluation criterion of thermal system, a new evaluation criterion - comprehensive performance index of energy consumption and environmental pollution (IEP) has been proposed in this paper. The new evaluation criterion breaks through traditional evaluation methods. The paper also analyzes the main factors influencing the comprehensive performance of IGCC system and compares the IGCC system performance by using different evaluation criterions. The analysis results show that the ratio of CO2 penalty price to fuel price (RC) is the key factor affecting the system comprehensive performance. Different values of Rc decide the different variation rules of the comprehensive performance with the change of different CO2 recovery ratio (XCO2). The above achievements will provide new idea and criterion for properly evaluating the IGCC system performance.
