摘要
对于共轨燃油喷射系统高压油泵而言,密封性能的好坏是影响其工作性能的关键。对高压油泵设计当中的泄漏问题进行计算分析,并对相关的密封性措施进行初步的探讨,以达到减小燃油泄漏量,大幅度提高燃油喷射压力的目的。为研制符合我国国情,并享有自主知识产权的柴油机高压共轨燃油系统提供理论依据和相关的应用技术。
To develop the fuel pump of a high-pressure common rail fuel injection system, the seal performance of it is one of the most important things influencing working performance of the system. In this research, on the basis of calculating and analyzing the leakage of the high-pressure fuel pump, some seal measures are studied to decrease the fuel leakage of the pump and improve the fuel injection pressure to a large extent. With this research, we can also provide the theoretical basis and applying technology for developing the high-pressure common rail fuel system according to our local situations and getting the self-determinate property right.
