摘要
本文分析了我国软件产业发展对软件人才的需求状况及软件人才培养、培训现状。针对目前我国软件人才培养结构和层次不合理、人才培养脱离实际、操作与工作能力不强、缺乏大量从事基础编程工作的“软件蓝领”、无法满足软件产业发展对人才的需求等问题 。
This paper discusses both the demand status of software talents due to software industry development and the current situation of software talents' fostering and training in China. And combined with the practice, the author also puts forward the strategies and thoughts on IT-type higher vocational education's full adaptation to software industry development in China.
