A Thought on Teachers' Educational Background Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文从高职学院教师学历结构现状着手 ,分析教师低学历层次结构成因 ,并对比国外职业技术教育教师学历要求 。

Based on the current situation of teachers' educational background structure in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the cause of teacher's lower educational background structure and moreover, compared with the requirements for teachers' higher educational background structure, proposes some advice on the construction of teachers' educational background.
