摘要
"斗链(bucketbrigades)"是一种具有广泛实用背景的自平衡式生产线组织形式.已经证明,在理想情况下,通过合理组织可以最大地提高生产效率.然而,实际情况不能不考虑回取速度.论文研究了回取速度对"斗链"生产线组织形式的影响,分析了回取速度趋向无穷时的特征,证明了当回取速度足够大时,工人最终交接位置趋近于理想平衡点.数值仿真验证了上述结论,同时也表明当回取速度小到一定程度时,应该考虑它对工人最终任务交接位置的影响.
Product line can be organized by 'bucket brigades'. Ideally it is proved that higher productive rate can be obtained through it. However, the return speed must be considered in realistic condition. This paper studies the 'bucket brigades' line with the return speed. The characteristic is analyzed when the return speed is boundless. We prove that the task_delivering place approximates to the idea balance point if the return speed is large enough. Then a case simulation illustrates our result. At the same time it also demonstrates that we should think of the influence that the return speed is small to some extent on the task_delivering place.
