摘要
研究了青菜在低温贮藏条件下呼吸动力学方程。研究表明:以青菜贮藏过程中放出的CO2作为指标,其动力学方程可表示为:dy/dt=0.2412×10-4/y1.3202(0≤y≤0.146)。
This paper studied respiration kinetic equation of Pak Choi during low-temperature storage. The experiments indicate that respiration kinetic equation obtained is as follows by means of CO2 released-amount as target: dy/dt=0.2412×10-4/y1.3202(0≤y≤0.146)
