造纸工业用表面活性剂现状及今后发展课题

Current Situation and Future Development of Surfactantsfor Papermaking

表面活性剂是造纸化学品的重要组成部分 ,本文首先简介了国内外造纸化学品的发展概况 ;然后详细综述了表面活性剂在造纸制浆、湿部、表面施胶和涂布加工等过程以及做为毛毯清洗剂和污水处理剂在其他方面的应用现状 ;最后对中国造纸化学品今后迫切发展的课题提出了几点建议 ,指出应加快发展适应我国国情的非木材纤维、再生纸以及特殊专用化学品。

Surfactant is an important member of paper making chemicals. In this paper, the general development situations of paper making chemicals at home and abroad are introduced briefly at first, then the application of surfactant to pulping, wet end, surface sizing and coating process and application of them in other fields as blanket detergent and sewage treatment agent are summarized in detail. Finally, some suggestions about topics urgently needed to develop China’s paper making chemicals in the future are given, and it is pointed out that the development of specialty chemicals such as non wood fiber and regenerated paper should be speeded to adapt to the situation of our country.
