摘要
目的 :为了探讨慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML)慢性期血小板参数的变化及其临床意义。方法 :观察组 :6 0例CML慢性期住院患者 ;对照组 :6 0例健康查体者。均采用美国CELL -DYN370 0型自动全血细胞分析仪 ,分别测定血小板计数 (PLT)、血小板压积 (PCT)、平均血小板体积 (MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度 (PDW)。结果 :发现观察组与对照组相比 ,PLT显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,PCT、MPV、PDW差别无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :CML慢性期患者血小板计数明显增加 ,但形态无明显改变。
Objective: To investigate the change of platelet parameter and its clinical significance in chronic phase of chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML). Methods: Platelet parameters(PLT、 PCT 、MPV 、PDW) were detected in patients of CML and control group by auto-cytometer analysis apparatus. Results: PLT in experimental group increased significantly (P<0.01).However, PCT MPV and PDW of both groups showed no significant diffrence (P>0.05). Conclusion: Platelet count in chronic phase of CML increased significantly but its morphology showed no distinct variety.
