摘要
针对脲醛树脂在制板过程以及人造板材在使用过程中不断释放甲醛,危害人体健康的环保问题,采用二次缩聚的工艺合成脲醛树脂,并对合成反应的脲醛比、pH值、温度等工艺条件进行了研究。实验结果表明:二次缩聚能有效降低树脂中游离甲醛的含量,控制适宜的脲醛比,pH值以及反应温度等工艺条件,可以使脲醛树脂中游离甲醛的浓度控制在0 5%,树脂的各项指标均达到要求。
In view of the circumstance problem of high formaldehyde content in UF Resin,UF Resin has been synthesized by two-stage polycondesation.The influences of UF ratio,pH value and the reaction temperature were investigated.The experiment results showed that after the improvement the free formaldehyde content in UF Resin can be reduced so efficiently that iat can be controlled no more than 0.5%,but its other index can come up to the criterion.
