摘要
用5ppm 烯效唑(S-3307)浸冬小麦种子12h,不经冲洗,晾干后直接播种。2~4叶期麦苗叶片叶绿素 a、叶绿素 b 和叶绿素总量均增加;单株干物重在2~3叶期时略有下降,4叶期至越冬、开春阶段均高于对照;低温处理表明能减轻麦苗冻害程度,其生理原因,一是麦苗叶片和叶鞘可溶性糖含量提高;二是降低叶片和叶鞘在低温逆境条件下电解质的外渗率,从而提高膜的稳定性保证了细胞正常的生理功能。
In this study,winter wheat seeds were soaked with 5ppm S-3307 for 12 hours,and then were sown directly without washing when dried in the shade.As compared to check seedlings,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in treated seedlings' leaves all increased at 2~4-1eaf stage;the dry weight per plant reduced slightly at 2~3-leaf stage,but became higher than the CK seedlings after fourth leaf stage till from winter to spring.Low temperature treatment reduced cold damage to S-3307 treated wheat seedlings due to following physiological causes,firstly,the content of soluble carbo- hydrate in leaf blades and sheaths of these wheat seedlings was increased;secondly,the elec- trolyte leakage in leaf blades and sheaths under low-temperature condition was reduced, therefore the stability of plasmolemma in leaf blades and sheaths was improved in favoring the normal cellular physiological activity and function.
