摘要
人类生命体是由个体生命体、家庭生命体、群体生命体三元构成的生命体,教育应该划分为由个体意志主导的个体自我教育、由家庭意志主导的家庭教育和由群体意志主导的群体教育。家庭教育的核心在于给予个体“如何面对自我”的智慧,即建构个体灵魂的雏形或树立个体生活的最初立场,它不但使个体认识到“我”是什么,如何认识和对待“我”之外的一切,而且培养个体完善的心灵。人类家庭教育的行为,内在地实现着人类对后代的生命之爱、后代的独立生存、家庭生命体的利益和家庭的精神追求,外在地构成了教育大厦的基础,制约着个体人生的教育成败和事业成败,进而影响到人类文明的结构和发展。家庭教育的亲和性、内在性和先在性,决定了不能以辅流教育来界定其存在,它也不是社会教育向人生早期的延伸。
Human life comprises the individual life, family life and group life, and accordingly education should be divided into the individual-oriented self-education, the family-oriented family education and the group-oriented group education. The core of family education is to offer the individuals the wisdom of how to face themselves. In other words, constructing the embryonic state of the individual's soul or establishing the initial life stance of individuals will not only enable the individuals to realize “Who I am”and to get to know and handle everything besides me, but also train the perfect individual soul. The family education internally will realize human beings' spiritual pursuit of the love of their children, the independent existence of their children and the interests of family life, while externally making the basis of educational mansion and restricting the individuals' success and failure of education and career, affecting the structure and development of human civilization. The cohesion, internalness and predetermination of family education decide that it neither exists as a supplementary education, nor is the extension of social education to the early stage of a person.
