脉压和脉压指数在心脑血管疾病中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 综述了脉压 (PP)与心脑血管疾病的关系 ,PP增大与动脉硬化、冠心病 (CHD)、心力衰竭的发生发展及心脑血管疾病病死率的增加关系密切 ,对老年患者 ,PP较收缩压更能有效地预测发生CHD和脑卒中的危险。近来研究显示脉压指数 (PPI)综合反映了血管的固有顺应性和动态顺应性 ,在评价血管硬化方面较PP更有优越性。 The relationship between pulse pressure(PP) and cardi o -cerebrovascular disease is reviewed.The increase of PP is associated with the incidence and progress of arteriosclerosis,coronary heart disease(CHD) and heart failure.It is also related to the mortality of cardio-cerebrovascular disease. For old patients,PP could predict the occurrence of CHD and the risk of stroke m ore effectively than systolic blood pressure.Recent studies have shown that puls e pressure index(PPI) reflects the intrisic and ambulatory compliance compositiv ely.PPI is superior to PP in evaluation of sclerosis of vessels.
