防御素的研究进展

摘要 防御素作为人体内在防御系统的重要组成部分,是近年来颇受关注的一组抗微生物多肽,分为α-防御素和β-防御素。简述了防御素的分类、结构特征、组织分布、抗微生物性能和机制,及未来应用前景。
