摘要
目的 观察类风湿性关节炎早期胫骨骨小梁形态计量学参数的变化。方法 将3月龄雄性SD大鼠24只随机分为实验组和正常对照组,每组12只,实验组采用右后足皮内注射福氏完全佐剂的方法诱导类风湿性关节炎模型。3周后处死大鼠,取右侧胫骨近端,制备不脱钙的骨切片后行形态学计量。结果 与正常对照组相比,类风湿性关节炎模型大鼠胫骨骨小梁体积明显减少(P<0.01),成骨细胞表面、类骨质表面减小(P<0.01,P<0.05)。破骨细胞数增多(P<0.01),吸收表面增高(P<0.01)。结论类风湿性关节炎发病早期可引起继发性骨质疏松。
Objective To observe the bone histomorphometric changes in the proximal tibial trabeculae of male rats with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Twenty-four three-month-old male rats were randomly divided into normal control group and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) group. The rats of RA group were injected with complete Freund's adjuvant intradermally at the right hindfeet to induce RA. All rats were killed at the end of three weeks, and their right proximal tibia were made into undecalcified sections of thickness 5 jzm for histomorphometric analysis. Results Compared with the control group, in the RA group trabecular bone volume (BY/TV) and osteoid volume (OV/TV) decreased significantly (P < 0.01), and osteoblast surface (Ob.S/BS) and osteoid surface (OS/BS) decreased (P<0.05, P < 0.01), while osteoclast number(N. oc/T. Ar) and erosion surface (ES/BS) increased significantly ( P < 0.01). Conclusions RA causes secondary bone loss at early stage.
