摘要
Kappa-硒化卡拉胶是一含硒有机化合物。本文研究Kappa-硒化卡拉胶对大鼠心肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性的影响。8组Wistar大鼠饲以缺硒或补硒饲料共54d,在第52d,其中4组NaNO_2100mg·kg^(-1),2次/d×3d灌胃处理。结果表明,所有补硒组,包括亚硒酸钠组(硒含量0.05ppm),Kappa-硒化卡拉胶组(硒的含量分别为0.05ppm以及0.5ppm)的心肌GSH-px活性分别从48.6±17.5u/mg蛋白增加到127.0±34.9u/mg蛋白,136.0±25.2u/mg蛋白及138.0±52.9u/mg蛋白,经NaNO_2处理的4组,也分别从24.1±8.3u/mg蛋白增加到99.2±18.8,101.3±9.8及108.0±17.6u/mg蛋白,均有非常显著提高(P<0.01)。但各补硒组之间未见明显影响(P>0.05)。
Effects of Kappa-selenoearragreenan, an organic compound containing selenium, on heart glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) were studied in rats. Eight groups of Wistar rats were fed So-deficient or Se-supplemented diets for 54d. After 52d, 4 groups of them were treated with ig 100mg·kg-1 NaNO2 tiwce daily for 3d. Results revealed in comparison with Se-deficient group the heart GSH-px activity were very significantly elevated from 48.6±17.5 to 127.0 ± 34.9, 136.0 ±25.2 and 138.0 ± 52.9u/mg protein respectively in all Se-supplemented groups including sodium selenite (0.05ppmSe), Kappa-selenocarragreenan (0.05ppm Se and 0.5ppm Se) and from 24.1±8.3 to 99.2± 18.8, 101.3+±9.8, 108.0±17.6u/mg protein respectively in groups treated by NaNO2. However, no significante deference was observed between Se-supplemented groups.
