THT和BCG交替灌注防治膀胱癌术后复发

Intravesical Instillation with Thiotepaand Bacillus Calonette-Guerin to Prevent Postoperative Recurrence of Bladder Tumor

目的 观察噻替哌和卡介苗化学免疫预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法 对 6 5例浅表性膀胱癌患者术后应用噻替哌 4 0mg和卡介苗 6 0mg ,每周 1次进行交替膀胱灌注 ,共灌注 12次 ,以后每间隔 3个月灌注 1次 ,持续 2年。结果 随访 2～ 9年 ,平均 4 .6年 ,肿瘤复发率为 8.1%。结论 噻替哌和卡介苗交替膀胱灌注具有协同治疗作用 ,比只应用其中一种可明显减少膀胱癌术后复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravesical instillation with the Thiotepa and Bacillus Calmette-Guerin for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder tumor.Methods 65 patients with superficial bladder cancer were included in this study.All patients received intravesical instillation of 20mg the Thiotepa or 60mg Bacillus Calmette-Guerin in turn once a week postoperatively for 12 weeks.Then intrvesical instillation was performed every 3 months for 2 years.Results All patients have been followed up for 2 to 9 years,with the average length of 4.6 years.The recurrence rate was 8.1%.Conclusion Intravesical instillation of the Thiotepa and Bacillus Calmette-Guerin in turn are effective to reduce the postoperative recurrence rate of bladder tumor.
