摘要
以提高牙轮钻头滑动轴承寿命为目的,对复合钙基脂的流变性能进行了实验测试,结果表明复合钙基脂在高温时的流变性能符合Bingham塑性流变模式;以此为基础计算了滑动轴承的油膜厚度,判断出滑动轴承的润滑状态为混合摩擦;并分析了油膜厚度与润滑脂流变性能之间的关系。认为:提高复合钙基脂在高温条件下的粘度,改善其粘温特性是提高润滑效果,延长滑动轴承寿命的有效途径。
An experiment shows that the rheologic behavior of composite calcium-base grease under high temperature accords with the Bingham's plastic rheologic pattern. Thereafter, the grease film thickness on sliding bearings is calculated, indicating that the lubrication state on sliding bearings is compound friction, and the relation between film thickness and rheologic behavior of grease is analyzed.The authors think that the effective way to prolong the sliding bearing's life is to increase the viscosity of grease under high temperature and to improve the viscosity-temperature characteristic.
