摘要
据统计,我国各油田油层套管损坏井的总数已超过七千口,成为我国石油工业发展中必须研究解决的重要问题。本文通过有限单元法,对注水开发油田高压注水阶段套管损坏的原因和规律,初步进行定量研究认为,在现有的固井质量和开发工艺水平下,高压注水窜入泥岩软弱层,浸水域中地应力改变,产生地层位移.是这类套管损坏的主导原因,应该采取综合措施进行防治。
This paper presents a quantitative mechanistic analysis of casing failure in the oilfield produced by water injection under high pressure with Finite Element Method calculation. It is concluded that casing failures were caused by the displacement of rock formations, which might be the result of the change of ground stress of the soaked regions of some mudstone formations and of the non-uniform contraction of the rock skeleton. Some concrete methods to protect casing against such unusual failures are recommended in this paper.
