摘要
为了给高产小麦新品种选育提供科学依据,连续2年用20个不同的小麦品种(系)为试验材料,对小麦粒数叶比、粒重叶比与籽粒产量的关系进行了研究。结果表明,粒数叶比与粒重叶比在不同基因型间存在着极显著的差异,通过杂交选择可有效地提高该二性状的数值。粒数叶比、粒重叶比与籽粒产量的表型相关和遗传相关均达到显著或极显著水平,对各产量构成因素均无明显不利影响,能在高水平上实现产量因素的协调增长,可作为高产育种的重要筛选指标。
In order to provide scientific basis for breeding high yield new wheat varieties, the relationships between grain number per spike/flag leaf area (GNPS/FLA) , spike grain weight/flag leaf area (SGW/FLA) and yield in wheat were studied in 20 different varieties for two years. The results showed that there were highly significant genetic differences among different varieties for GNPS/FLA and SGW/FLA. The two characters can be improved through artificial selection. The phenotypic correlations and genetic correlations were significant or highly significant between GNPS/FLA and SGW/FLA with yield, respectively. GNPS/FLA and SGW/FLA had no obvious effects on yield components, and can be harmonized with yield components at a high level and regarded as important criteria of selecting in high yield breeding.
