摘要
本文在阐明开发引文索引的必要性和重要性的基础上,首次对《中文自然科学引文索引》进行了较全面的统计和综合分析,从五个方面论述了它的基本功能及其开发利用;提出“超前引用”,期刊交流比,学科、文献引证率和被引证率等概念和指标,并进行了具体计算;获得了较多的基本数据和科学期刊引文的规律性结论。
On the basis of expounding the necessity and importance of compiling citationindex,the paper first makes a comprehensive statistics and synthetical analysis of the“Chinese Natural Science Citation Index”,discusses its basic functions and applica-tions from five aspects,proposes,new conoepts and indexes,such as:“advanced citation”,communication proportion of periodicals,citing rate and cited rate of subject anddocument,and makes some concrete calculations,obtains 109 core journals of naturalscience and 109 well-known authors,acquires many basic data and conclusions on thelaws of science journal citation.
