摘要
目的 探讨臭氧生理盐水对实验性真菌性角膜炎的治疗作用。方法 在体外杀菌实验研究的基础上 ,进步观察臭氧水对兔结角膜组织的毒性作用 ;选定适宜浓度的臭氧液用于真菌性角膜炎的治疗研究 ,观察疗效。结果 1 浓度高于 6mg/L的臭氧生理盐液点眼 ,可损伤兔眼结角膜组织。浓度为 4mg/L的臭氧液点眼 ,对角膜无刺激作用 ,与生理盐水点眼相同。 2 浓度为 5mg/L臭氧液点眼 ,治疗兔真菌性角膜炎有效。结论 适宜浓度的臭氧生理盐液对实验性真菌性角膜炎有治疗作用 ,可进一步引入临床治疗。
Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of Ozone solution to the experimental keratomycosis.Methods Based on the results of sterilizing effect of Ozone in vitro,the impairment to rabbits′cornea in vivo and the role of Ozone solution at the appropriate concentration on the keratomycosis were studied.Results 1.Ozone solution at the concentration above 6mg/L did impair the rabbits cornea.No difference was foun between the eyes dropped with normol saline and Ozone solution at 4mg/L.2.Ozone solution of 5mg/L was effective for the experimental kerotomycosis.Conclusions Ozone is low in cost and high in effect.Ozone solution was one of the promising therapy for the keratomycosis.
