摘要
目的 茶毛虫致病性及所致皮炎病理临床特性。 方法 以鳞翅目刺蛾茶毛虫触刺豚鼠的腹面皮肤和自愿者上肢或自然染毒 ,观察茶毛虫皮炎的病程 ,并对豚鼠皮炎病灶作常规病理学观察 ,比较自愿者及豚鼠染毒前、后血象变化。 结果 自愿者及豚鼠皮肤被幼虫触刺后 ,表现为红、肿、痛、热 ,烧灼、麻木感 ,继而呈现丘疹、斑丘疹、斑块、风团块 ,部分病例表现周身不适 ,烦燥 ,腋下淋巴结肿大。豚鼠皮疹病理切片呈现表皮水疱、脓疱改变。染毒后白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞高于染毒前。 结论 茶毛虫具有致病性 ,致病机理为机械刺伤、生物毒性和变态反应。
Objective To study the pathogenicity of tea euproctis pseudoconspersa strand and the clinic pathology peculiarity of the dermatitis. Provide science thereunder for making control measure. Methods The guineapigs abdomen and the skin of volunteer was touched directly by mature tea euproctis pseudoconspersa strand on their upper limb or nature catch poison. The pathogenic cource was observed continuously on human dermatitis caused by tea euproctis pseudoconspersa strand. Pathological local lesion of guineapigs was cut off on time ,observed with routine histology. Compare WBC and EOS change before and after poison. Results There is red, turgescence, pain, heat, burning pain, tickle, numbness and papule, macule, maculepapule, urtica, plaque on the local symptom. There is whole body reaction in some cases, fantod, oxter lymph knot turgescence. There is epidermis bulla, vesicle and pustule on routine cut section of lesion of guineapigs. The WBC and EOS is higher after poison than before. Conclusions The eucleidae caterpillar have pathogenicity. Pathogenic mechanism in human dermatitis is mechanical damage ,biology poisonous reaction and allergy.
