摘要
[目的 ]了解临床护士对人文素质的认知状况 ,为护理学继续教育提供依据。 [方法 ]采用问卷调查法 ,对三级甲等医院 2 75名临床护士进行人文素质认知状况调查 ,对其影响因素采用多元回归方法进行分析。 [结果 ]临床护士对人文素质的认知得分为66.0 7分± 12 .44分 ,不同职称、不同学历护士认知水平不同 ,对人文精神的认知水平高于人文知识 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]临床护士对人文素质认知的总体水平有待加强 ,人文知识的薄弱现象应引起高度重视。
Objective:to know about cognition status quo on humanistic quality of clinical nurses, to provide a basis for continuing nursing education of nursing science. Method: a total of 275 clinical nurses worked in the third grade and first-class hospitals were investigated by filling out questionnaires. And the influencing factors of them were analyzed by taking multiple regression analysis. Result: the cognition scores of humanistic quality of clinical nurses were 66.07±12.44.The cognition levels were different between them with different experiences and educational background. Their cognition score of humanistic spirit was much higher than their humanistic knowledge (P<0.05). Conclusion: it showed that the total cognition of humanistic quality of clinical nurses needed to be improved, and the weak points of humanistic knowledge of nurses also needed to be pay attention to.
