摘要
常用的稳定土结合料普遍存在施工时不易拌合均匀、早期强度增长慢等问题 .通过应用双电层理论 ,减薄双电层厚度 ,降低 ξ电势 ,GHJ液体结合料 ,可以有效解决此类问题 ;同时 ,分析了GHJ液体及固体结合料稳定土的强度形成机理 ,并对 GHJ稳定土和石灰稳定土的无侧限饱水抗压强度、水稳定性、冻融稳定性、低温收缩性和抗压回弹模量等路用性能进行了对比分析 .结果表明 ,GHJ结合料稳定土可以改善路面基层使用品质 ,延长使用寿命 ,具有较好的经济和社会效益 ,是一种性能优良的半刚性混合料 。
In this paper, based on systematic research on GHJ stabilized soil, by using double ionic-layer theory, reducing thick of diffusion layer, dropping ξ electric potential, the mechanism of GHJ stabilized soil strength is analyzed, including strength stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, compressive rebound modulus, ice and melt resistance, the road performance of industrial waste stabilizer soil and lime stabilized soil are compared with. The paper indicates that GHJ stabilizer soil is a higher performance base mixture,much better than lime stabilized soil. Their life has been prolonged, has better social and economic values. It is a kind of higher performance base material, can be used by base of higher class highway.
