摘要
提出了一种利用CCD和光栅实时测量入射激光波长及方位的新方法。该方法利用成像CCD,通过测量入射激光成像点在电视成像坐标系中的位置来确定激光的入射方位;根据光学系统中成像点位置与光栅入射角和衍射角的几何关系,利用光栅测量入射激光的波长。介绍了该方法的测量原理及光学系统结构,给出了测量入射激光波长及方位的计算表达式,分析了测量误差,并在室内通过测量实验对该方法进行了验证。
A new method using CCD and grating to measure wavelength and orientation of incident laser in real-time is put forward. Base on the structure of optical system of this method, the orientation of incident laser can be worked out by acquiring the location that the imaging of incident laser lie in reference frame of television imaging using CCD, and the wavelength of incident laser can be worked out by using the equation of grating diffraction and depending on the relation between the location of the imaging of incident laser and the angle of incidence and the angle of diffraction of grating. The measurement principle and the structure of optical system of this method are introduced. The expression of calculating wavelength and orientation of incident laser is presented. The measurement error is analyzed. The feasibility is testified by experiment indoor.
