摘要 科学研究是高等学校主要职能和任务之一,而高校科研竞争力评价则是大学评价的主要内容和重要组成部分。首次以国内本科院校为评价对象,从"科学、合理、客观、公正"出发,以分类评价为原则,用定量与定性相结合的方法,构建了以投入、产出、效益为主线的科研竞争力评价体系,发布了"中国高校科技创新竞争力评价"和"中国高校人文社会科学研究竞争力评价"两个报告,对我国科研竞争力评价做了有益的探索和实践。 Scientific research is one of the primitive tasks and functions of universities. And the university scientific research competitiveness evaluation is the main part of university evaluation. The research, for the first time, uses Chinese undergraduate universities as evaluation objects, with quantitative and qualitative methods, to construct evaluation system of scientific research competitiveness according to devotion, output and benefit. This evaluation takes classification evaluation as principles and represents science, rationality, objectivity and impartiality. This research has promulgated two reports: science and technology innovation competitiveness evaluation of Chinese universities and humanity science competitiveness evaluation of Chinese universities. The two reports provide beneficial exploration and practice of Chinese scientific research competitiveness evaluation.
