摘要
虫草多糖是冬虫夏草中的主要有效成分。对虫草菌菌种进行了分离纯化及选育,筛选出一株稳定的产生可溶性虫草多糖水平最高的菌株,优化培养基配方,进行了发酵罐中试生产,制订出虫草多糖的提取及精制工艺,采用层析及电泳技术,分析了虫草多糖的成分及结构。对虫草多糖进行了毒性及药理研究,结果显示属于无毒物质,并且具有明显的增强免疫和抑制肿瘤的作用。
Polysaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis is the chief effctive component of the Cordyceps sinensis. After separation, purification and selection, a fungus which could engender the most polyssaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis dissolved in water was obtained.The components of the culture medium,a pilot production in the fermenting pot were improved, then the technology of purifying and refining was developed. Adopting the skills of chromatography and electrophoresis,the components and the structure of the polysaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis were analysed. The toxicological and pharmacological studies showed that the polysaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis was not toxiferous and possessed immunoenhancing and tumor-inhibiting effects significantly.
