摘要
从权变角度出发,探讨了企业业绩评价发展进程中权变理论的渗透。在战略、企业文化、激励等方面,分析了建立现代企业业绩评价体系以权变理论为支撑的必要性,提出以环境、组织等为业绩评价权变管理的要素,认为应随机制宜的设计“最优”企业业绩评价系统。
This thesis is from the angle of contingency discussing the contingency theory's permeation during the development process of enterprise performance evaluation. It also analyzes the necessity from the aspects of strategy,enterprise culture, and stimulation. It points out that founding modem enterprise performance evaluation system should be supported by contingency theory. The essay proposed that the key factors of enterprise performance evaluation contingent management should use environment and organization,making the suggestion that the best enterprise performance evaluation system should be designed according to contingent theory.
