全国全科医学师资及师资培训状况调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis on Situations about Tutors and Tutors' Training of General Practice in China

目的 了解全国全科医学师资及师资培训状况。方法 对各省全科医学培训中心负责人进行问卷调查。结果 全科医学各类师资学历水平比较令人满意 ,各类师资的来源、培训时间、再培训、培训目标、培训内容、考核等有待进一步规范 ;开展全科医学师资培训的培训中心 2 0个 ,近半数培训中心开展师资培训的时间短、人数少。结论 尽快开展全科医学师资的资格认证 。

Objective To know the situations about tutors and tutors training of general practice in mainland. Methods To investigate the directors of all provincial general practice training centers in mainland by using structured questionnaire. Results The educational level of all kinds of tutors was good, but the other aspects of all kinds of tutors such as the source, the training time, the continuous education, the training goal, the training content, the examination should be standardized. Tutors' training of general practice had been launched in 20 general practice training centers, but the training time was brief and the trained people was few in 10 general practice training centers. Conclusion The qualification of tutors should be developed and the administrative system of tutors should be built.
