旋风—湿式纤维栅除尘器

Cyclone-wet Vibration Filter Grid Dust Collector

根据旋风除尘理论及湿式纤维栅除尘理论 ,提出了一种旋风湿式纤维栅除尘器 ,并对影响其性能 (效率、阻力 )的有关参数 (旋流入口风速、喷水量等 )进行了大量实验。实验结果表明 ,该旋风湿式纤维栅除尘器不仅性能优良 。

Based on the theory of the dust collector cyclone and the wet vibration filter grid dust collector, this paper presents a new type of compound dust collector, named cyclone-wet vibration filter grid dust collector, on which a lot of experimental researches are conducted for some related parameters (filtration velocity, quantity of spraying water, and so on) affecting its performance (efficiency, resistance). The result shows that this kind of dust collector not only has good performance, but also provides conveniences for the recycle of resource and the second disposal of wastes.
