摘要 对大学教师工作满意度进行测量与评价。方法:采用自编量表和问卷对随机抽取的唐山地区4所高校442名教师进行测查。结果:量表具有良好的信度和效度;大学教师对工作总体上基本满意,对工作卷入程度自我评价最高,对工作回报的满意感最低,领导与管理是影响大学教师工作满意的最主要因素。 Objective To measure and evaluate the Job Satisfaction of College Teachers. Methods Guided by the job satisfaction theory, the writer carried out interviews and case study, and based on an analysis of the survey results, has designed a university teachers' job satisfaction questionnaire. The questionnaire was applied in the sample survey of 442 college teachers in four universities in Tangshan area. Results The questionnaire is satisfactorily reliable and valid. On the whole college teachers are basically satisfied with their jobs. They are most satisfied with their job involvement. The reward is the one that is considered the most dissatisfactory issue. The leadership is the most important factor among which have impacted on college teachers job satisfaction.
