护士在心肺复苏操作考试中存在的问题与对策

The problems and countermeasures in the nurses’ test of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation

目的通过分析心肺复苏考试存在的问题,讨论急救训练的对策。方法分析121人参加心肺复苏技术竞赛存在的主要问题,即人工呼吸无效;胸外心脏按压位置错误或频率不够;对“危险现场”未做处置。结果此次考试及格率较低。急救训练要树立“实用”思想,进行扎实的专业训练;提高护士对危险环境的判断及处置能力;明确保持气道通畅是复苏的首要步骤;提倡急救训练中的多元模式。结论加强急救复苏的有效训练是护理训练值得重视的问题。

Objective To analyze the problems in CPR test of nurses and explore the countermeasures of CPR training.Methods We analyzed the results of the CPR tests in 121 nurses and found out the following problems,which including: ineffective breathing,false pressing location and inadequate pressing frequency,failed in dealing with the “dangerous spot”.Results The nurses’ passing rate was low in CPR test.The countermeasures should including:setting up the idea of “practicability” in CPR training to practice the technique seriously,improving the nurses’ ability of judgment and dealing with the dangerous environment,making clear that opening the airway is the first step of CPR,advocating diverse mode in CPR training.Conclusion Strengthening effective CPR training should be attached importance in nurses’ training.
