摘要
本试验测定了6个大豆品种接种发病株和对照株的叶绿素含量,叶面积和叶质重,差异显著性检验(t)表明均达到显著(P<0.05)、极显著(P<0.01)差异。秋天,跟踪测定二者的株高、主茎节数、单株荚数、单株粒重和百粒重,检验结果同样达到显著、极显著差异。这表明:植株的生理特性和农艺性状间存在着内在的、必然的联系。生理特性的变化必然导致农艺性状的变化,从而引起产量的下降。
The chlorohyll content, leaf area and weight of unit leaf area of diseased plants of soybean cultirars and controls were determined T-test shoved that a significant difference existed ameng them (P< 0.05, P<0.01). In autumn, the plant height, the number of nodes of main stem, pods and grain weight per plant and wtight of 100 seeds of diseased plants and controls were also determined and the result of t-test was the same as above.The results indicated that the changes of agronomic character and yield loss of the infected soybean varieties resulted from the changes of physiological characters.
