摘要
采用活性炭纤维吸附法净化水中微量的苯酚。在 2 5℃、30℃和 35℃下 ,实验测定活性炭纤维吸附苯酚的吸附平衡等温线 ,该吸附等温线符合Langmuir型 ,最大饱和吸附容量达 0 .2 6kg(苯酚 ) /kg(活性炭纤维 )在 2 5℃下 ;0 .2 5kg(苯酚 ) /kg(活性炭纤维 )在 30℃下 ;0 .2 39kg(苯酚 ) /kg(活性炭纤维 )在 35℃下。水溶液的pH值将影响吸附容量 ,在碱性条件下吸附容量显著下降 ,这将有利于吸附剂的再生。苯酚在活性炭纤维填充床的穿透曲线被测量 ,在 5 %突破点处的动态吸附容量为 0 .14kg(苯酚 ) /kg(活性炭纤维 )在 2 5℃下。采用 4 0℃、5 %NaOH溶液再生被苯酚饱和的活性炭纤维填充床 ,再生后吸附效率达 90 %以上。
The application of activated carbon fibers (ACFs) to removing phenol from water was studied. The adsorption capacity of ACF was favorable and the adsorption isotherm data can be represented by Langmuir isothermal at 25 ℃, 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ for the range of phenol concentrations from 0 to 0.5 kg/m3. The phenol saturated adsorption capacity on activated carbon fibers was up to 0.26 kg (phenol)/kg(ACFs) at 30 ℃, 0.25 kg(phenol)/kg(ACFs) at 30 ℃, and 0.239 kg(phenol)/kg(ACFs) at 35 ℃. The phenol dynamic adsorption capacity, at 5 % breakthrough point in fixed bed packed with activated carbon fibers, was 0.123 kg(phernol)/kg(ACFs) at 25 ℃, and the regeneration of ACF adsorbents saturated with chlorophenol in fixed bed can be achieved by using 5% sodium hydroxide solution at 40 ℃ adsorption efficiency aftere regeneration was up to 90 %.
