摘要 R&D绩效评价是高新技术企业管理中的一项重要内容,而对于企业在连续一段时期中的绩效评价,目前还缺乏合 理而有效的方法。本文运用“拉开档次”的综合评价方法,通过综合指标值的计算,得出各期的经营成果和市场效益的综合评 估值,结合R&D投入对企业连续几年的R&D绩效状况进行评价,并运用这一方法对夏新电子近几年的R&D绩效进行了实证 分析。 The evaluation of R&D performance is an important content in the administration of high-tech enterprise,but there lacks reasonable and effective method at present to evaluat the enterprise’s performance in a continuous period. This text uses the comprehensive evaluation approach of “scatter-degree”, draws the comprehensive assessment values of management performance and market benefit in every period through the calculation of comprehensive assessment values, and evaluates enterprise’s R&D performance in a continuous period combining R&D input, and does a positive analysis on AMOI’s R&D performance in recent years by employing this approach.
