辛温（热）合归脾胃经中药药性研究IV．镇痛作用

Study of Chinese herbs property about pungent,warm and channel tropism of the Pi and Wi (4) Analgesic effect

对辛温（热）合归脾胃经中药砂仁、厚朴、苍术、清半夏、木香，非辛温（热）归脾胃经中药生甘草、白鲜皮、苦楝皮、火麻仁、薏苡仁，辛温（热）非脾胃经中药羌活、苍耳子、白前、藁本、款冬花及非辛温（热）非脾胃经中药射干、天冬、莲须、浙贝母、桑白皮共２０味，进行抑制小鼠扭体反应和延长热痛刺激甩尾反应潜伏期的镇痛实验平行比较，又回顾性地调查性味归经在具有镇痛作用中药中的分布。

Four groups of Chinese herbs were studied.They were:(1)Chinese herbs of pungent,warm and channel tropism of the Pi and Wi(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Radix Aucklandiae,Fructus Amomi,Rhizoma Atractylodis and Rhizoma pinelliae),(2)Chinese herbs of non pungent,non warm and channel tropism of the Pi and Wi(Radix Glycyrrhizae,Cortex Dictamni,Cortex Meliae,Semen Cannabis,and Semen Coicis),(3)Chinese herbs of pungent,warm and channel tropism of non Pi and non Wi(Rhizoma Ligustici,Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii,Rhizoma Cynanchi Stauntonii,Flos Farfarae and Fructus Xanthii),(4)Chinese herbs of non pungent,non warm and channel tropism of non Pi and non Wi(Rhizoma Belamcandae,Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii,Radix Asparagi,Stamen Nelumbinis and Cortex Mori).The parallel comparative study of their analgesic effect was carried out in mice on acetic acid induced the writhing frequency and the latent period of tail flip response to hot water stimulation.Distribution of nature and flavor,and channel tropism was researched retrospectively in Chinese herbs of possessing an analgesic effect.It was suggested that the analgesic effect was a common and characteristic drug effect in drug effect spectrum(drug property) of Chinese herbs of pungent,warm and channel tropism of the Pi and Wi.
