摘要
目的:研究不同剂量的碘酸钾和碘化钾对大鼠缺碘性甲状腺肿的治疗效果。方法:应用MIAS-2000型图像分析系统对甲状腺滤泡进行体视学指标的测量。结果:8组比较发现,6个治疗组的甲状腺滤泡平均体积(V)、平均表面积(S)、体积密度(Vv)均明显高于低碘组(LI组)而低于适碘对照组(NI组);数密度(Nv)则明显低于LI组而高于NI组;表面积密度(Sv)与LI组比较无差别而高于NI组;6个治疗组比较发现,50倍碘化钾和50倍碘酸钾组的体积密度与其余4组存在显著性差异。3个不同补碘水平上碘酸钾和碘化钾组间比较无显著性差异。结论:各治疗组均取得了显著的治疗效果,但是仍未能使甲状腺组织形态结构恢复正常状态;补大剂量的碘并不利于甲状腺肿的恢复;碘酸钾和碘化钾对甲状腺肿的治疗效果无明显不同。
Objective:To study the treatment effects of different doses of KIO3 and KI on goiter induced by iodine deficiency. Methods:Some parameters of thyroid follicles were measured by MIAS-2000 Image Analysis System. Results:The mean follicular volume (V), mean surface (S) and volume density (Vv) in 6 treatment groups were significantly higher than that in LI(low iodine) group and lower than that in NI(normal iodine) group. The numerical density (Nv) was lower in 6 treatment groups compared with the LI group, but still higher than that in NI group. The surface density (Sv) was markedly different with the NI group; Vv of the 50KIO3 and 50KI groups were significantly higher than that in the other 4 treatment groups; No difference was found between KIO3 and KI treatment groups at 3 iodine supplying levels. Conclusions: Goiter with iodine supplement has noticeably recovered although it has not completely recovered; High doses of iodine intake may retard the goiter recovering; KIO3 and KI are both effective on goiter induced by iodine deficiency and their treatment effects are no significant difference.
