摘要
以 3,5 -二氯— 4-氨基苯乙酮和溴化铜 (Cu Br2 )作原料 ,用乙酸乙酯(CH3COOCH2 CH3)、氯仿 (CHCl3)、乙醇 (CH3CH2 OH)作溶剂一步合成 3,5 -二氯— 4-氨基—α-溴代苯乙酮 ,初步探讨了反应温度。
We report our experiment on the synthesis of 3,5-Dichloro—4-Amino—α-Bromoacetophenone.In the experiment 3,5-Dichloro—4-Aminoacetophenone and cupric bromide are chosen as reactants and ethyl acetate,chloroform,and ethanos as solvents.We have had a preliminary study of the influence of temperature,time and solvents ratio on reaction products and reaction rate.
