摘要
介绍了老年慢性病人用药现状及进展。分析了我国老年慢性病人用药存在的问题。由于医务人员和病人两方面的原因使老年慢性病人存在多种不合理用药情况 ,导致不良反应发生率增高。提示临床医师应加强对新药药理学及药代动力学的学习 ,做好用药评估 ,保证老年慢性病人合理用药。
it introduced the status quo and progress of medication in senile patients with chronic disease, and analyzed the problems existed in medication of senile patients with chronic disease in China. There were various unreasonable medications in senile patients with chronic disease due to both patients themselves and medical staffs, which led to increased occurrence of adverse reactions of medication. It suggested that clinical physicians should enhance their study on pharmacology and pharmacokinetics of new medicines, make assessment of drugs to ensure the reasonable medication of senile chronic illnesses patients.
