摘要
国有企业的经营者是制定、实施企业战略决策,并对企业的生产经营活动和长期发展负责的高层管理人员,对国有企业的改革和发展起着关键性的作用。研究国企经营者的薪酬体系设计原则,有利于建立规范的薪酬激励模式,从而对国企经营者进行有效的薪酬激励,减少代理成本,最终实现经营者和企业的共同成长。
The managers of stated-owned enterprises are the higher-grade managerial staff members who plan and implement the firm's strategic objective and are responsible for the production and operation and long-term development of the firm, and play a critical role in the reform and development of the firm.
