摘要
目的建立维奥欣中薯蓣皂苷元的含量测定方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:ZORBAX300SBC8(4.6 mm×25 cm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-水-乙腈(30:20:50);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为30℃;检测波长210 nm.结果样品中杂质对薯蓣皂苷元的测定无干扰,在0.2~1.2μg薯蓣皂苷元峰面积与进样量线性关系良好(r=0.9997),样品平均回收率为95.8%,RSD=2.39%(n=5),精密度RSD=0.44%(n=6).结论方法准确、快速、专属性强,为加强维奥欣的质量控制提供了科学依据.
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of diosgenin in Weiaoxin tablets.METHODS HPLC method was used.The separation was performed on a ZORBAX300SB—C8 column(46 mm×25 cm,5 μm)with the mobile phase consisting of methanolacetonitrilewater(30∶20∶50).The flow rate was 10 mL·min -1 .The temperature was 30 ℃.The detection was set at 210 nm.RESULTS The impurities in sample didn’t interfere with the diosgenin.The linear relation was in the range of 02~12 μg(r=0999 7).The average recovery and precision for diosgenin was 958%(RSD=239%,n=5)and 044%(n=6)respectively.CONCLUSIONS This method is accurate and rapid.It offers a foundation to strengthen the quality control of Weiaoxin tablets.
