摘要
研究发现,旋转磁场对过共晶铝硅合金的初生硅有良好的细化作用,而且旋转磁场与变质剂联合作用时效果更佳。旋转磁场使试样表层出现初生硅富集,提高了合金的耐磨性。
The microstructures of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys under rotary magnetic field have been studied. Experimental results show the primary Si grain can be refined , and the specimen surface a rich primary Si area can be obtained. So wear property of the alloys is improved. The better effect may be obtained when rotary inagnetic field condition unite with modification with phosphorus.
